Traditional timber kennels rot, absorb moisture, and harbour bacteria over time. Our insulated composite panels create a non-porous, smooth steel interior surface engineered to endure daily pressure washing and disinfectants.

  • Non-Porous Steel Surfaces: Non-porous steel surfaces give damp and bacteria nowhere to take hold, unlike timber or blockwork.
  • Chemical & Wash-Down Resistant: Will not warp, swell, or deteriorate under daily high-pressure cleaning.
  • Flush Internal Finish: Flush internal finish with no ledges or rebates for dirt to collect in.

Warm In Winter, No Drips Overhead.

The insulated core keeps the inside face of the panel above dew point, so moisture stops condensing on the ceiling and dripping into the runs below. With panel thicknesses up to 150mm on DC200 and up to 240mm on Rock Fibre (mineral wool) DC300, our buildings lock in heat during cold UK winters while reflecting summer solar gain.

DC600 wall panels (available in Liner, Microrib, and Plank profiles) featuring a smooth internal face engineered for frequent pressure washing.

Weatherproof Roof Panels

High-performance DC200 composite roof cladding with integrated rainwater trims, protecting animals year-round from driving rain and snow.

Acoustic & Thermal Core

Select high-density PIR insulation (thicknesses up to 150mm on DC200) or a Rock Fibre (mineral wool) core for superior sound absorption between runs.

Custom Panel Lengths

DC200 roof panels cut up to 20.5m and DC600 wall panels up to 15m (1m cover width), allowing full single-sheet runs without unnecessary joints.

Galvanised Steel Frame

Precision cold-rolled galvanised C/Z steel framework that will never rot, warp, or degrade under daily cleaning environments.

Custom Finishes & Trims

Wide range of exterior color coatings (Goosewing Grey, Anthracite, Juniper Green) with custom flashings manufactured in-house for a watertight finish.
